Giving is an act motivated by what’s personally meaningful, not by a pitch. The best way to appeal to one’s charity is allowing their values to lead. As such, when reaching out to a community of parents, what mattered most was their children’s learning experience.
Our annual fund communications for The Bishop Strachan School found inspiration in the energy and enthusiasm of its students. Spirited portraits of BSS girls were matched with vibrant magenta, an otherwise little-used value from the BSS colour spectrum, helping deliver a youthful vibe of positivity. While the design shares DNA with the school’s Unstoppable campaign, this use of colour helps give the annual fund a little differentiation from the school’s largely burgundy communications. ⬤
