Advocating for higher education, The Council for Ontario Universities produces publications to inform and guide policymakers. Every year the Council’s extensive resource of writers and experts publish many documents, however information in and of itself does not ensure engagement with readers. To help ensure better engagement, comprehension and accessibility, The Council for Ontario Universities invited Aegis to consult with them to apply human-centred principles to the design and organization of the Council’s publications. ⬤
